The short version
These pages collect almost nothing. The only personal data I ever receive is your email address, and only if you choose to sign up for the guide. Everything you type into the tools themselves stays on your device.
What's collected, and why
- Your email address (signup form only). Used to send you the guide and, only if you tick the optional box, occasional Calm Back emails. Lawful basis: consent. Stored in MailerLite until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
- What you type into the tools (Prompt Helper answers, checklist ticks, profile fields). Saved to your browser's local storage on your device so you can pick up where you left off. It is never sent to me or to any server. Clearing your browser data removes it.
- Hosting logs. The site runs on Vercel, which processes IP addresses and basic request data to serve pages and keep the platform secure (legitimate interest, short retention, managed by Vercel).
- Fonts. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends a request (including your IP address) to Google's servers to fetch the font files.
What's NOT here
- No analytics or tracking scripts
- No advertising or marketing pixels
- No cookies set by this site
- No selling or sharing of your data. Ever.
Who processes data on my behalf
- MailerLite (email list and delivery)
- Vercel (website hosting)
- Google Fonts (font delivery, as above)
Your rights
You can ask me to show you the data I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. For the email list that's usually instant: hit unsubscribe, or email me and I'll remove you from MailerLite completely.

If you're not happy with how I've handled something, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
